Purchases made through the Vintage Football Inc web commerce site (www.vintagefootballinc.com) may be returned by the customer for any reason with-in 14 days of the shipment.  The product must be in original bag and in original new condition.  All such returns must be accompanied with a valid return authorization number that has been generated in the 14 day return period.  Refunds will be in the same format as which the payment was received.

 

To receive a return authorization please contact us at customerservice@futzo.com.  Return shipping is the cost of the buyer.

 

If your product was purchased through an authorized retailer then all returns must go through that retailer.   If you purchased your product through a web site or auction house web site then you must contact that seller.  Vintage Football Inc is the only web site that is approved to sell on the web.  Thanks.
